I have written a report on behalf of E.ON Vattenkraft concerning the overall refurbishment of Njura Hydro Power Station. It is a requirement from Swedish Energy Agency (Energimyndigheten) in order to give an electricity certificate, that an independent consultant certifies exactly what type of refurbishment that has been carried out.
