During the last weeks I have written a technical specification for the refurbishment of Östanå hydro power station limited to the electrical parts (Balance of Plant).
Östanå is a small hydro power station in Helgeå in south of Sweden owned by Uniper with two units. One unit was build 1943 and the other 1985. Both units will be completely refurbished during 2017 and 2018.
