Frequency control measurements were carried out in Jämtkraft’s hydro power stations Hissmoforsen, Kattstrupeforsen and Näsaforsen. Swedish National Grid (Svenska Kraftnät) require that the speed droop and response rate is verified for each unit that contributes to the frequency control.
